When will ProcyonOS be available to the general public?
We have not yet started the development of ProcyonOS, as of 30 May 2024, we have ended the development of DonutOS and the DonutLinux Project, we are planning to start the development of ProcyonOS as soon as the Linux Kernel 7 releases.
Will the ProcyonOS use the DonutLinux Project's DonutPac?
No, the ProcyonOS will not use the DonutPac package manager. We are internally working on a new package manager called Procyon Store, better than DonutPac.
Will ProcyonOS have DonutAI?
No, ProcyonOS will not have DonutAI, instead will have ProcyonAI, which will run locally on your ProcyonOS system, providing better privacy and no fear of your chats or data being exposed in cloud or internet.
